The commercial property has been gutted, and is for sale for only $150,000. It is zoned for small businesses, but could also be used as an AirBnb.

The foundation of the building is apparently in good working order.

Jova Xu from Jovi Realty says that the building was built in 1950 and is under 1 acre, with square footage of just over 900 sqft. There are two parking spots, and the annual property taxes are only $1085.

It was last sold for $103k on Dec 7, 2020. So if the seller is motivated, you might be able to get it even cheaper…

There is also Fortune Creek, The Royal Inn of Enderby, and Kal Tire.

And if you hurt yourself doing all those reno’s, there is Enderby Community Health Centre Laboratory and BC Ambulance Service nearby.

Belvidere Park is nearby, and from the pictures, it looks super beautiful.

According to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), the average price of a commercial property in the North Okanagan region (which includes Enderby) was $469,214 in April 2021, up 25.4% from April 2020.

Additionally, the total dollar value of commercial real estate sales in the North Okanagan region in April 2021 was $11.4 million, up 69.4% from April 2020. These figures suggest that the commercial real estate market in Enderby and the North Okanagan region may be experiencing strong growth.
